Sadly, we are a little limited on when we can reset a billing cycle. We cannot reset billing cycles to specific days within the month unless it is on the actual day.
How to Reset
So, for example, if you would like to move your billing cycle to the 17th, but it's usually on the 3rd of each month, you will need to reach out to us on the 17th at email@example.com and ask us to reset your billing cycle for you. Resetting your billing cycle will prorate you a charge based on that change.
Right now, this is the only way that we can reset it. We know that's not ideal; however, that is the way our payment processor handles billing cycle changes.
