Surfer SEO isn't working?

First, you will want to make sure you are fully integrated with Surfer SEO. If you have a Surfer SEO account and a Jasper account, follow these troubleshooting steps: 

  • Make the SEO panel is enabled
    • Click on your name in the bottom left corner
    • Click on "Workspace settings"
    • Click on "Integrations"
    • Toggle the Surfer SEO option "ON" (the button will turn purple).
  • Make sure you are logged into your Surfer account. Everyone who wants to use this mode must be logged into their own desktop/mobile account. 
  • Switch the browser you are using; we recommend Chrome or Firefox. If you are using the Brave browser, they have built-in pop-up shields, which will inhibit our app from recognizing you are logged in.
  • If you are using Chrome, make sure you have your 3rd party cookies enabled, and you have temporarily disabled any pop-up blocker Chrome extensions.
  • Are you using a VPN? That could be blocking you from being able to see Surfer pop up as well. Temporarily disable it and see if the issue persists.
