First, you will want to update your billing details directly within the app, ensuring all your future invoices include the correct information on file. You can do this by following these steps:
- Click on your name in the bottom left corner
- Click on Workspace settings
- Click on Plans
- Click "view billing history"
- Inside the redirected Stripe page, click "Update Information"
- Then click save once you've added the information you want
- Return to Jasper by clicking "Return to Jasper" in the sidebar
Then, once you have updated your account, take a screenshot of your updated information and send it over to hey@jasper.ai so they can make a new invoice for you. Manually created invoices are usually sent over within 24 hours.
Updating your billing information is always available in the app, so if you ever need to change a card on file or change your address, you can do that in the app.
