Change an Existing Invoice

Did you forget to include your up-to-date billing information in the app on your previous invoice? No problem, we got a solution for you.

What to do

First, you will want to update your billing details in the app so all your invoices moving forward will have the correct information on file. You can do this by following these steps:

  • Click your name in the bottom left corner
  • Click on the Workspace settings icon
  • Click on the Plans tab
  • Click "Edit payment details"
  • Click "Update Information"
  • Fill in all necessary information

Then, once you have updated your account, take a screenshot of your updated information and send it over to so they can make a new invoice for you. Manually created invoices are usually sent over within 24 hours.

Updating your billing information is always available in the app, so if you ever need to change a card on file or change your address, you can do that in the app.
