When you go to log in, are you seeing a pricing page instead of the app? There could be two reasons why this is happening.
1. Failed Payments (most common)
Most likely, if you see the pricing page, your account has an open invoice(s). You will need to move through the payment page by updating your card and paying for the pending charges left in your account.

2. Wrong Login Email
Sometimes, a user will log in using a different email than they signed up with initially. If you see a pricing page and want help checking which email is associated with your account, send us an email at hey@jasper.ai, and we can help you out.
