Ruby is Jasper's in-app support agent, available directly inside the product so you can get answers to product questions quickly — no support ticket or wait queue required.

What Ruby Can Help With

Ruby is trained on Jasper's Help Center articles and can answer questions about:

  • How to use Jasper features
  • Getting started with Jasper
  • General product how-tos

For billing, refund, downgrade, and cancellation requests, Ruby immediately connects you with a human support agent.

How to Access Ruby

  1. Click the Contact Support button inside Jasper.
  2. Ruby appears — type your question to get started.
  3. At any point, you can request a human agent by asking Ruby to connect you with support.

Ruby will also hand off to a human agent automatically when the situation calls for it.

Availability

Ruby is available for Business plan workspaces.
