Ruby is trained on Jasper's Help Center articles and can answer questions about:

  • How to use Jasper features
  • Getting started with Jasper
  • General product how-tos
\n

For billing, refund, downgrade, and cancellation requests, Ruby immediately connects you with a human support agent.

How to Access Ruby

\n

There are two ways to open Ruby:

\n

From the main navigation:

\n
  1. Click the Contact Support button inside Jasper.
  2. Ruby appears \u2014 type your question to get started.
\n

From the Help & Support page:

\n
  1. Click your name in the bottom left corner of your workspace.
  2. Select Help.
  3. Click Open ticket \u2014 Ruby opens and you can start chatting.
\n

At any point, you can request a human agent by asking Ruby to connect you. Ruby will also hand off to a human agent automatically when the situation calls for it.

Ruby is available for Business plan workspaces.
