The GEO Hub gives your marketing team a complete picture of how your brand appears in AI-generated search responses — across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude — and surfaces prioritized content recommendations to close visibility gaps.
What You Can Do with the GEO Hub
- Monitor your brand's visibility across AI search platforms with a composite score and four supporting metrics
- Identify where competitors are getting cited and you're not
- Surface content recommendations ranked by impact — for existing pages and net-new topics
- Push recommendations directly into Jasper Grid to generate fixes in one click
Understanding Your Report
AI Visibility Scores
Your dashboard shows five metrics:
- Overall AI Visibility Score — A composite 0–100 score that blends brand presence, citation rate, and brand sentiment
- Brand Presence Rate — How often your brand appears in AI responses across your tracked queries
- Citation Rate — How often AI platforms link to your content as a source. Presence ≠ citation: only citations drive traffic to your site.
- Competitive Share of Voice — How your visibility compares to tracked competitors across the same queries
- Brand Sentiment Score — How positively or negatively AI describes your brand when it mentions you
Brand Sentiment Analysis
A narrative breakdown of how AI characterizes your brand, organized into what's working in your favor, what's working against you, and direct quotes from AI responses attributed by model.
Topic Clusters and Query View
Topic clusters group your tracked queries into logical themes. For each cluster you can see:
- A coverage score for how well your brand is represented
- Per-query drill-downs: the full AI response from each tracked platform with your brand and competitor mentions highlighted
- Citation detail: which pages on your site are being cited, by which model, for which queries
Recommendations
Two types, both prioritized by potential impact:
- Optimize — Improvements to existing content that's underperforming in AI responses. Each recommendation explains why the page is underperforming and what to change.
- Originate — Net-new content topics where competitors are being cited and you have no existing coverage. Each recommendation includes context on what to create and why it will improve your visibility.
Any recommendation can be pushed into Jasper Grid with one click, pre-loaded into the appropriate workflow template.
Setting Up Your First GEO Report
Step 1: Set a goal
Before you start setup, define one clear objective. Examples:
- Increase share of voice across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude
- Beat a specific competitor in AI citations for your category
- Own high-intent, mid-funnel queries for a product area
- Win comparison queries where buyers are forming opinions
If you're unsure where to start, ask: what's the one question you most want this report to answer? That's your goal.
Step 2: Select competitors
Add up to 4 competitors — choose the ones most relevant to your goal and segment. If you need to track more than 4, create a second report.
Step 3: Select AI platforms
Select all available platforms on your first report: ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. Each platform behaves differently and favors different content types. You need the full picture on the first run to establish a meaningful baseline. On future runs you can filter by platform once you know where your buyers are concentrated.
Step 4: Select pages
Start with the pages most relevant to your goal — not your entire site. Always include your homepage. Prioritize pages closest to the buying decision: core product and feature pages, pricing, case studies, and key thought leadership.
- Maximum 300 pages per report
- For broader coverage, create additional segmented reports focused on different business lines or topic areas
Step 5: Set up topic clusters and queries
Start with 5 topic clusters and 5 queries per cluster (25 total). Jasper auto-generates query suggestions based on your site — review and refine before running.
Tips for effective queries:
- Include medium-to-high intent, solution-oriented queries (e.g. "Best AI writing platforms for enterprise marketing teams")
- Include "best" and "top" queries — these trigger recommendation-style AI responses where brands need to appear
- Avoid definition-only queries that return a quick answer and end the search journey
- Keep queries stable between runs to build meaningful trend data. Only revise them when your strategy genuinely shifts.
Step 6: Wait for the report to generate
Reports take approximately 10–15 minutes to generate after setup. Once complete, your Hub refreshes on a daily automated cadence.
Acting on Recommendations
Start with existing content — it's the fastest path to a visible improvement.
- Open the Optimize or Originate recommendations section in your Hub
- Select the pages or topics you want to work on
- Click Fix in Grid — Jasper opens a pre-loaded Grid with your pages, recommendations mapped, and agents ready to run
- Review and approve the generated updates
- Export and publish
Your brand voice from Jasper IQ is applied automatically, so every output is on-brand without additional setup.
