Document sharing is a feature for Business customers that allows you to decide when and with whom to share documents in your workspace. By default, documents are private. You can choose to keep documents private, publish them to your workspace, or share them with specific people in your workspace.


How to Share

There are 2 ways to share Projects:

  1. On the Projects page, click ... next to the Project you would like to share and select Share.

  2. Within a Project or Asset, click Share at the top right to share the entire Project.

TIP: If you make a document public to your workspace, you will still need to share it with a specific user in order for them to access it. Having this option toggled off means that even if someone has the link, they cannot open it.


How to Revoke Access

It is quick and easy to remove people from your Projects.

  • Click the Share button
  • For each individual you would like to remove, click on the X next to their name, and then click Save.
