Our Usage page offers a variety of data, allowing for more dynamic and real-time data visualization. This will eliminate the need for manual data retrieval and transmission, saving valuable time.
How to Navigate to the Usage Page
- Click on the workspace name in the top left corner.
- Click Workspace Settings.
- Click Usage.
Usage Metrics
If you are an Admin or Manager on a Business plan:
You have access to a comprehensive Workspace Usage report. The data reaches as far back as 90 days and can be easily exported as a CSV file.
The report includes the following key metrics:
- Total Generations
- Hours Saved
- Percent of Active Days
- Total Users
- Active Users
- Percent of User Active
- Daily Generations
- Generations by week by user - top 10 users
- Top 10 Skills Used
- Top 10 Apps Used
- Image Generations
- Generations by User by Type
- Custom App Generations by User by Type
- Studio App Generations
- User log - all time
If you are an Admin on a Pro plan, or a Member of any Jasper plan:
You will have access to an Individual Usage report showing your personal Jasper usage data for the past 30 days.
This report displays the following key metrics:
- Total Generations
- Hours Saved
- Daily Generations
- Top 10 Apps Used
- Generations by Type
