On Business plans, Admins can decide who can take certain actions and see information by toggling on and off the following settings in the Permission Settings section of the Workspace Settings:
Groups
On: Only workspace Admins and Managers can create a Group.
Off: Anyone can create a Group.
Studio (Business Only)
On: Only Workspace admins and managers can publish Apps. All users can still create, edit, and duplicate Apps but for self-usage only.
Off: Anyone can publish Apps.
Brand Voice
On: Only Workspace admins and managers can create, edit, and delete a Brand Voice. All users can still view and use Brand Voices.
Off: Anyone can create, edit, and delete a Brand Voice.
Audience
On: Only workspace Admins and Managers can create, edit, and delete an Audience. All users can still view and use Audiences.
Off: Anyone can create, edit, and delete an Audience.
Style Guide (Business Only)
On: Only Workspace admins and managers can edit the Style Guide. All users can still view and use the Style Guide.
Off: Anyone can edit the Style Guide.
Visual Guideline
On: Only Workspace admins and managers can create, edit, and delete a Visual Guideline. All users can still view and use Visual Guideline.
Off: Anyone can create, edit, and delete a Visual Guideline.
Knowledge Base
On: Only Workspace admins and managers can create, edit, and delete Knowledge. All users can still view and use the Knowledge Base.
Off: Anyone can create, edit, and delete a Knowledge Asset.
