Is your payment method being declined? Here’s what to do.
- Ensure you have sufficient funds to cover the purchase of your plan.
- Try a new accepted payment method. Is there another card you want to add to your account? We can run that card for you.
- Contact your bank. You will need to contact your bank and tell them to push the charge through for you. Sometimes, banks will block initial payments.
