Overview

Export your Jasper-created content directly to external destinations — or download it locally. With Export Integrations, you can send finished content straight to Google Drive, Microsoft SharePoint, or Box without leaving Jasper. No more downloading and re-uploading files manually.

You can also navigate nested folders within your connected file storage integrations, making it easy to save content exactly where it belongs — even in deeply structured folder hierarchies.

Note: Before you can use Export Integrations, your workspace admin needs to enable them. If you don't see an export option, ask your admin to turn on the integration in Workspace Settings > Admin controls > Team integrations. For full admin setup instructions, see Integrations: Admin + User Management.

How to Download Your Assets

To save content directly to your device:

  1. Click the ... menu in the top right corner of the asset.
  2. Click Download.
  3. Choose the file type (.docx, .pdf, .txt, .md).

What Are Export Integrations?

Export Integrations let you push content created in Jasper directly to external file storage. Instead of downloading a document and re-uploading it elsewhere, you can export seamlessly from within Jasper.

Key benefits:

  • Save time — eliminate copy-pasting between platforms
  • Publish faster — move assets from creation to their destination in one step
  • Minimize errors — reduce formatting mistakes or version control issues from manual transfers
  • Single source of truth — send finished content directly to its designated storage location

Supported integrations: Google Drive, Microsoft SharePoint, and Box. Content is exported as .docx for documents and .png for images. Box exports are .docx only.

How to Manage and Disconnect Export Integrations

Go to the Integrations page in your Workspace Settings. Here you can view all active Export Integrations and toggle them on or off at any time.
