This is a feature that allows Business customers to create Brand Voices, Audiences, Knowledge Assets, and Visual Guidelines that are private to them (and the Admin) for increased security and organization. These private assets can then be shared with the workspace in its entirety or a specific Groups if desired.
This is limited to Business plans only.
How to Set Visibility
- Navigate to the Jasper IQ page and choose which Jasper IQ layer you would like to create.

Click Add Brand Voices, Add Audiences, Add Knowledge Assets, or Add Visual Guidelines in the upper right hand corner of the Jasper IQ layer you selected.

By default, it will be private to you and the Admins, but you can edit it to make it public to the workspace.
How to Edit Visibility
To adjust the visibility of a Jasper IQ layer:
- Click ... next to the title of the specific Brand Voices, Audiences, Knowledge Assets, or Visual Guideline.
- Select Share.
- From there, you adjust which Groups have access or change visibility between private and public as needed.

- Yes, Admins, alongside the user who added it, can view private Jasper IQ layers.
Can an Admin control the ability to add private knowledge?
