  • Track important user management activities like invitations, role changes, and membership updates.
  • Identify and investigate anomalies or unauthorized actions, such as unfamiliar email addresses being added to the workspace.
  • Maintain a chronological record of key events for the past 90 days.

Key Functionalities

  • Invitation Management:

  • Member Management:

1. No Data Available in Audit Log

  • Cause: If your workspace hasn’t had any user management actions in the past 90 days, the Audit Log may appear empty.
  • Solution: Consider initiating actions (e.g., adding a member) to populate data. Check back after some actions have been performed.

2. Export Button Not Working

  • Cause: System-level issues or browser incompatibility.
  • Solution: Refresh your browser or try exporting the data in a different browser. If the issue persists, contact Jasper Support at hey@jasper.ai.

3. Difficulty Interpreting Exported Data

  • Cause: Limited familiarity with CSV or JSON formats.
  • Solution: Use applications like Excel (for CSV) or JSON viewers (for JSON) to easily parse and understand the exported data.
