Jasper Studio helps marketing teams turn repeatable work into Jasper Agents that they can test, share, and run across their workspace.

Permissions and Plan Availability
Roles
- Admins: Have full access to create and publish Studio Agents and can restrict publishing for Members.
- Managers: Can do everything in Studio except change the publishing permission.
- Members: Can create and edit Agents. Publishing to the workspace depends on your Admin’s settings.
Use publishing permissions to help teams run only the Agents you approve.
Plan Access
Studio is available on Business plans. The number of Agents you can publish to your workspace depends on your plan. If you do not have access, you will see Upgrade to Create. Contact your Jasper administrator or account team for help.
The Studio Editor at a Glance
- Name and Description: How the Agent appears in the Agent Library.
- Access: Choose Private to me or Anyone in your workspace.
- Agent version: Create, test, and activate versions of the same Agent. See Manage Agent Versions.
- Capabilities: The Agents and connectors this Agent can use.
- Jasper IQ: UnderAgent context, select the Brand Voice, Audiences, Style Guide, Language, Knowledge Base, and Products that the Agent uses by default. People can change Brand Voice, Audience, Style Guide, and Language when they run the Agent. Keep brand rules here instead of in instructions so updates to a Style Guide or Knowledge item apply wherever it is used.
- Knowledge: Attach up to 10 Knowledge items as permanent reference material, such as a regional glossary.
- Instructions: Describe what the Agent should do. Type @ to reference inputs, Knowledge, Agents, and connectors.
- Input fields: Define what people fill in when they run the Agent, such as campaign, audience, and region.
- Example output (optional): Add a sample result to guide each run.
- Language model and Temperature: Choose the model the Agent uses and how varied its responses can be.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need coding skills to use Jasper Studio?
No. Studio is designed for marketers and does not require coding skills.
Can I delete or duplicate an Agent?
Yes. Depending on your permissions, you can delete or duplicate an Agent from the Agent Library. Admins manage these controls in Permission Settings.
Can an Agent run on a schedule or when a request comes in?
Not currently. A person starts each run. Studio helps reduce the work around each request, such as briefing, rewriting, and copy-and-paste tasks.
