One brief can become several deliverables for different channels, personas, and markets. With a Studio Agent, you can return one text document or multiple separate documents from a single run.
Create multiple documents in one run
Tell your Agent exactly which documents to create. You can add the request in Instructions or show the format in Example output (optional).
For example:
Return the email, the LinkedIn post, and the landing page copy as three separate documents, each titled with the channel name.
When you test the Agent, each result appears separately, such as Output 1 of 3, Output 2 of 3, and Output 3 of 3. This makes it easier to review and use each asset independently.
Shape the output
Use the following settings to make each output consistent and useful.
- Example output (optional): Use up to 10,000 characters to show the structure, headings, and length you expect.
- Instructions: Specify the format, word count, and required content for each document. Give every document a clear name, such as Email 1 · Welcome.
- Jasper IQ: Set Brand Voice, Style Guide, and Audiences to help keep outputs on brand. Then use the instructions to focus on the required format and content.
Limits to keep in mind
| What | Limit |
|---|---|
| Output documents per run | Up to 50 where available |
| Example output | 10,000 characters |
| Input fields per Agent | 20 |
| Knowledge items attached to an Agent | 10 |
| Files attached to a test run | 10 files, up to 300 MB each |
Agents return text documents. Runs with many outputs can take longer to complete. If you are creating assets for many products, consider running the Agent once for each product.
Troubleshooting
The whole launch kit appears in one document
Name each document and ask for each one separately in the instructions. For example, request an email, a LinkedIn post, and landing page copy as separate, titled documents.
The last assets are cut short
Reduce the number of documents requested in one run, or split the work across subagents. For more guidance, see Build an Orchestrator with Subagents.
The format changes between runs or teams
Make the expected structure more specific in Example output and lower the Temperature setting.
The tone varies between teams
Check whether the team selected a different Brand Voice or Style Guide in the Jasper IQ section of the run.
