Overview
The Jasper x Adobe Workfront integration lets you export finished content from Jasper’s Canvas or Grid directly into your Workfront projects and tasks — no manual downloading or uploading required.
Setup Overview
Setup has two parts, handled by different roles:
- A Jasper Admin or Developer enables the integration at the workspace level.
- Each individual user connects their own Workfront account.
For Jasper Admins and Developers
- Navigate to Workspace Settings > Team Integrations.
- Find Adobe Workfront and toggle the integration on.
For All Users
- In Jasper, navigate to Workspace Settings > Integrations.
- Find Adobe Workfront and toggle it on.
- Authenticate using your Workfront account credentials.
- Navigate to Jasper Canvas or Grid and select Export on any document to send it to Workfront.
Choose what to export
When you export to Workfront, you decide how the content reaches your team. Three options:
- Link to the Jasper doc.
- A link to the document in Jasper is added to the task’s comments, so reviewers or editors can easily access the file. Great for users who edit directly in Jasper.
- Attached file.
- Adds a file directly to the Workfront task or project documents folder. Good for teams that use Workfront’s native proofing tools to review and mark up content.
- A link to the doc in Jasper is also added to the task’s comments.
- Save to cloud storage.
- The content is saved to your connected cloud storage such as Google Drive, SharePoint, or Box, with a link added to the task as a comment, plus a link to the Jasper doc for easy retrieval. Great for teams that keep final assets in a central library.
Export destination in Workfront
When exporting to Workfront, you can send content to either:
- A Project’s documents folder — best for assets that belong to the project as a whole
- A Task’s documents folder — best for assets tied to a specific deliverable within a project
Availability
The Adobe Workfront integration is available for Business plan customers. A Jasper Admin or Developer role is required for workspace setup. All users can connect their individual accounts once the workspace is configured.
