The Jasper x Monday.com integration lets you export finished content from Jasper's Canvas or Grid directly into your Monday.com boards and items — no manual downloading or uploading required.
Setup Overview
Setup has two parts, handled by different roles:
- A Jasper Admin or Developer enables the integration at the workspace level.
- Each individual user connects their own Monday.com account.
For Jasper Admins and Developers
- Navigate to Workspace Settings > Team Integrations.
- Find Monday.com and toggle the integration on.
For All Users
Step 1: Get your Monday.com API token
- In Monday.com, click your profile image in the top right.
- Navigate to Developers.
- Navigate to API Token.
- Click Copy next to your API token.
Step 2: Connect Monday.com in Jasper
- In Jasper, navigate to Workspace Settings > Integrations.
- Find Monday.com and toggle it on.
- Paste in the API token you copied from Monday.com.
Step 3: Export content
Navigate to Jasper Canvas or Grid and select Export on any document to send it to Monday.com.
Choose what to export
When you export to Monday.com, you decide how the content reaches the team. Three options:
- Link to the Jasper doc.
- A link to the document in Jasper is added to the item's comments, so reviewers or editors can easily access the file. Great for users who edit in Jasper.
- Attached file.
- Adds a file directly to the Monday.com item. Good for teams that use Monday's native proofing tools.
- A link to the doc in Jasper is also added to the item's comments.
- Save to cloud storage.
- The content is saved to your connected cloud storage such as Google Drive, SharePoint, or Box, with a link added to the item as a comment, plus a link to the Jasper doc for easy retrieval. Good for teams that keep final assets in a central library.
- One reason this matters: teams often run reviews in scattered places, a doc over email here, a Monday.com comment there. Routing every export to the same destination, like a SharePoint library, pulls reviews back into one place and keeps the link between the Monday.com item and the source document intact.
Availability
The Monday.com integration is available for eligible Jasper workspaces. A Jasper Admin or Developer role is required for workspace setup. All users can connect their individual accounts once the workspace is configured.
